[Feature Request] Mail Rule: add "Delivered-To" filter

Description When emails are Bcc'd to a Gmail Paperless consumption mailbox, the Filter "To" rule does not match because only the "To" header is checked. It would be useful to support matching the header "Delivered-To" as well. "Delivered-To" is commonly added by mail servers such as Gmail to indicate the final envelope recipient. Use case: Bcc emails sent from Invoice Ninja to a Gmail paperless mailbox for consumption. These Bcc emails have the original recipient email in the "To" field and the paperless mailbox in the "Delivered-To:" field. Current workaround: I am currently using Gmail filters to move Bcc'd messages into a dedicated folders and configuring Paperless to process that folder instead. This works, but requires additional mail server configuration and is less flexible than being able to filter directly on headers within Paperless.
