[Feature Request] Jinja Template Support for custom fields in Workflow

Description
It would be great if we can use jinja template syntax to fill custom fields in worflows.
E.g.: I have a workflow for tax relevant documents. The workflow adds the custom template "tax year". Now I'd like to fill the field with the year extracted from the documents date.
