[Feature Request] Increase the default healthcheck timeout slightly

Description
I noticed an increased startup time of the paperless container, lately. Maybe that has to do with the llm indexing whatsoever.
This leads to somtimes a duration of up to 180-200s until the container actually is healthy. Since the default healthcheck is considered failed after 150s, it might be a good idea, to increase that a bit?
