[Feature Request] Improvements: Logging

Description Running on 2.20.4 (docker) 1) Processed mail logs are cut off in WebUI Issue: Go to E-Mails -> mail rules -> view processed mails and hover over the error messages. It cuts off the displayed long error messages. Sometimes analyzing traces becomes impossible: <img width="1723" height="930" alt="grafik" src=" /> Suggestion: Instead of previewing the error message in a tooltip, I suggest to use a hyperlink and filter the log files for the desired mail which leads to my next feature request. 2) Log Levels, filters, timezone Issue: It is very comfortable to see logs within the webUI and to be able to view the logs without the necessity of switching into CLI. However, I would like to see more filters because I am working on a customer's complain. Logs seem to be stored in UTC which is a bit confusing when troubleshooting.
