[Feature Request] Filter documents by internal document ID

Description
The documents API already supports exact filtering by internal ID (GET /api/documents/?id=1234), but the document-list filter editor does not expose it. Add a Document ID target to the existing text filter so users can locate a document directly by its internal ID.
The filter should accept positive integers and support URL round-tripping and saved views.

This is useful when following document references from API responses, logs, integrations, or duplicate-document reports. It reuses the existing backend id filter rather than adding a new search mechanism.
