[Feature Request] Field for additional search terms

Description
Documents should have a field "extra search terms" where I can enter arbitrary text that is included in the search.
The purpose is to make a document discoverable when you search with a reasonable search term, when the document itself does not contain the search term.

In v2 this was easy, I just have a custom field and it was automatically included in the search.
This no longer works in v3, apparently for technical reasons. (Which I don't really get, concatenating custom fields to the document contents can't be that hard.)
