[Feature Request] Easier management of versions

Description

Somethings I noticed when working with versions:

1. There is no easy way of seeing the labels. You have to open the Versions dropdown first.

2. There's no way of reordering the version stack after is was created.
If I would like to move one version up down, at the moment, I see no other option then to start from scratch.

3. There's no way of adding versions in between versions.
If I add a version to a stack, the stack is shown as one version. The versions inside are not exposed, so I cant reorder them.

4. There's no way no unmerging version stacks.
I have to delete the version, then I have to restore it from trash... but then it's restored as version, not as single document. The only option is to reupload the document.

5. Links are broken and not relinked to the stack.
