[Feature Request] .djvu file-format support

Description
Having Support for DJVU would be very useful in terms of storage efficiency for scanned documents. See this amusing 70 second short for a quick overview:
In short: DJVU works by using a layered approach separating the paper texture from the textual content and textual image-based content and compressing the textual-image-based-content with a combination of OCR and dictionary based compression.
I've also looked up if an analog to pdf.js as web based viewer was available and it is:
I know PDF is more "safe" in terms of long time archival and legal usability but I don't know if paperless actively aims there. If so explicitly NOT supporting djvu would be somewhat understandable.
