[Feature Request] Customizing the startpage with e.g. some text

Description

It would be nice if you could customize the startpage in the following way:
• either simply add some text on it
• or show a document fullsize

My use case:
Currently only me is using Paperless-NGX, but I want to make it available to some members of my family. As they will use it only randomly I want to give them a short introduction on how to use my Paperless instance.
This introduction could be a document presented on the startpage or simply some text shown there.

Currently I'm trying a workaround with a single document in a specific view, but this is not really satisfying. Below a "screenshot" how it could look like. Maybe somebody else found a way or got an idea how to achieve this.
