[Feature Request] Chat: make it explicit whether a question is about this document or all documents

Description
Right now, the chat seems to quietly switch between answering questions about a specific (open) document, and questions about my entire archive. I would propose adding a toggle that makes it explicit, and labelling each question with the scope it was asked in.
