[Feature Request] Better switching between/working with multiple PDFs at once time

Description

Hey, I’m a medical bioscience student and I’ve been using paperless-ngx quite a lot to study. It helps me sort out my lecture slides and notes really well. The only thing for me is that I tend to work with multiple PDFs at a time (like maybe a worksheet and a textbook at once), and switching between them is kind of clunky.

It would be great if we could:

1. Open document details ‘in a new tab’, as in a tab on the sidebar, not the browser
2. Be able to view 2 PDFs in the details view side by side
3. Have the PDFs remain at where they were before switching to a new document (instead of it always scrolling back to the top) <- this one would really be the key feature request I have here
