[Feature Request] Backup and restore option and settings on the web interface

Description

Since I’m new to Paperless and still exploring its features, I’ve been wondering why there’s no backup or restore option available in the web interface. While I understand that backups and restores can be done via the command line, I’m curious why similar functionality — with options to select where to export or import backups — isn’t provided through the web interface as well.
