[Feature Request] Automatic export of Documents

Description I have created a PR #13722 to automatically export documents either manually or via workflow to the filesystem, a S3 bucket or SFTP sever. <img width="1147" height="863" alt="1" src=" /> <img width="1113" height="727" alt="2" src=" /> <img width="342" height="331" alt="3" src=" /> <img width="779" height="99" alt="4" src=" /> <img width="1576" height="874" alt="5" src=" /> In my opinion its a great feature and really adds important functionality. Especially for German "GoDB" but also lot of other use cases. Unfortunately my PR got automatically closed because of slop detection but I think it was a false positive here.
