[Feature Request] Allow workflow actions to wait for AI suggestions to be applied

Description
The current asynchronous behavior of Apply AI suggestions is understood.
However, this makes it impossible to perform subsequent workflow actions only after AI suggestions have actually been generated and applied.
My use case is:
1. Apply AI suggestions
2. Wait for the AI suggestions to be generated and applied
3. Remove the À trier tag
4. Add the ia-traité tag
This would allow the ia-traité tag to reliably indicate that AI processing has completed.
Currently, subsequent workflow actions are executed before the AI-generated changes are applied.
Would it be possible to provide a way for a workflow to wait until Apply AI suggestions has completed before continuing with subsequent actions?
