[Feature Request] Allow searching for notes without "notes.note:" qualifier (again)

Description Since upgrading to 3.0 the searching for notes does not work anymore like it did before. I know, that it this was brought up already a few times (e.g. #13219) and that searching for content in notes of documents means typing notes.note:<search-term> and switching the search to "extended search" (or "Erweiterte Suche" in German). While I understand the technical reasons behind it, I think it would be a huge improvement for usability to not require (besides knowing this in the first place and) prefixing an "extended search" with this search qualifier. I would assume that when I do an extended search, that it also shows up results that have the search-term in notes, similarly to the other fields (title, correspondent, tags, ...). Also having a "Global search" bar at the top that does search everything but some special fields is not really global IMHO. My usual workflow is, that if there is a definitive one-off document that…
