[Feature Request] Add "Short" field to correspondence

Description
I would like to use the full corespondent name something like "GPF - General Pension Fund New South Wales" because its also listed on the documents and maybe helps with learning and have an extra field with the short form, in this example "GPF" that can be used in folder and file name. I can archive something similar with a custom field for the short form, but still have to set the two fields seperate and humans make errors.
