[Feature Request] Add permissions on custom fields
Source: paperless-ngx/paperless-ngx#12112 · opened by @jdecastro-TME
Description
Hello,
Permissions on custom fields would allow values to be stored that cannot be modified by users.
In my case, this would allow me to generate workflows that would (almost) eliminate the need for other tests/conditions (in triggers). The specific idea would be to use them to create “goto equivalents" in processing: each workflow could inject a value (based on criteria) into one of these fields, and the following actions would be performed (like if/then followed by goto). Another solution would be to make certain custom fields invisible :)
Thank you.
