[Feature Request] Add file versions from existing document pool

Description

I was looking forward to the new Versions feature but unfortunately when I want to add a version, I can't select a document that is uploaded already. I have to upload a new one (file upload dialogue opens).

It would be way better if I was able to select existing documents instead like I previously did with document links.
All I want to do, is stacking existing documents but without the hassle of downloading and uploading them again first.

I almost never use the upload in paperless itself but the consume folder. The way how that feature is implemented at the moment, makes this workflow impossible or at least, I have to think about how I upload every time I upload as I can use versions only be uploading the documents via the UI.
