[Feature Request] Add document file versions by document id

Description
I believe that in the V3 Beta, it is currently only possible to add a second version of a document by uploading a new file. My problem with this is, that new documents are imported directly via my scanner; therefore, I cannot merge them into one version using this new feature. Merging two already existing documents into one version is also currently not possible.
Perhaps I simply missed the feature.
