[Feature Request] Add Audit Log entry via API

Description
Currently, the API exposes the audit log entries via a GET request. I would like to have the functionality to add audit log entries via an API request. For me personally, I would like to add the various LLM runs that I do over the documents as audit log entries (with additional data being filled). At the moment, I add this as a note, but it's not really ideal.
