[Feature Request] Add a proxy env variable

Hi,

I'm hardening all my docker containers and I'd really like to be able to have paperless running in docker with a network attached that is set to internal: false. Except that I'm using OIDC with Authelia and when I do that I cannot login correctly.

Would it be possible to add an env variable that'd be a proxy URL (optional of course) but once set, all the calls would go through that proxy?

That'd let me add a docker container for a proxy where I can filter the calls coming in and out based on domains and only whitelist authelia.
