[Feature Request] Ability to replace PDF

Description
So, I accidentally deleted the data directory containing all the PDFs I had. When I go to Paperless NGX, it attempts to load the document but obviously returns a 404 error. It seems like my only option is to delete the entire document and create a new one from scratch. I don't see any way how I can just re-upload the PDF/receipt. I really don't want to have to redo ALL my documents, is there anyway I can just reupload the PDF?
