Customizable AI prompt templates for suggestions (incl. custom fields)

Currently the built-in AI suggestions (title, tags, correspondent, document type, storage path, dates) use a fixed prompt — only the output language (PAPERLESS_AI_LLM_OUTPUT_LANGUAGE) is configurable. This makes it hard to tune suggestion quality/behavior for specific document types or workflows.
Request: allow an admin-configurable prompt template (or per-field prompt override) for AI suggestions, similar to what third-party tools like paperless-ai (clusterzx) offer. Ideally this would also let the LLM populate custom fields (e.g. "Executed on" for invoices), not just the built-in fields.
Related closed issue: #12871 (closed as not_planned, routed to Discussions).
