Allow bulk-editing dates of documents

Description
Currently I see no way of setting a certain date for several documents at once. This is important if the automatically guessed date is wrong for several documents that should have the same date. With the feature one can save a lot of time.
I guess it can be implemented by adding a date field in the bulk editing options.

Might be a duplicate of but since that one was very old and couldn't be voted on anymore, I'm hoping for more community support this time.
