Upload progress modal/dialog

Hi,

I'm testing Outline as a potential alternative for Confluence DC. We are using the attachments feature for images, PDFs, office docs, etc., quite often.

Problem: There is no progress/feedback dialog for the user when a file is uploaded to Outline.

Solution: I would recommend a modal/dialog to show the progress or maybe the error message.
