Translation for email content

I realised that all email content are "hard coded" in server/emails/templates, which doesn't allow for language modification.
Would it be hard to add translation in those emails ?
I saw that you are using .json files and t to translate, could it be used there ?

I'm willing to make a pull request if I can have some guidance on how you would approach this.
