建议在首页增加“由我更新”Tab

我在本地部署 Outline 时发现，首页目前只有几个固定的文档分类 Tab。我希望增加一个“由我更新”Tab，用来查看最近由当前用户修改的文档。
我对比了本地 origin/main 和 GitHub 上游 outline/outline 的 main 分支，它们目前都指向 6a2f23c023b952c752dfe025ef0ce2a0083cd0c1。上游的 app/scenes/Home.tsx 里还没有这个 Tab，所以这不是本地版本落后，当前源码本身还不支持。
我已经在 fork 16bh/outline 的 codex/updated-by-me-home-tab 分支实现了这个功能：新增 “Updated by me” Tab，增加 lastModifiedById 过滤器，并补充服务端测试。Oxlint、格式检查和 TypeScript 类型检查均已通过。
当前仓库限制非 collaborator 创建 Pull Request，暂时没有正式的 PR 编号。实现分支的对比地址如下，维护者可以直接查看改动并创建 PR：
