Support for [[Wikilinks]]

Thanks for this awesome project !
I'm using Obsidian ( as my main note taking app, and I would be glad if Outline could include the more and more common [[Wikilink]] syntax. The idea is that when writing [[Note title]] :

• If a page named Note title page exists somewhere (in the same collection or not), it will create a link to that note
• If no page is named Note title, it will create a clickable link anyway. When clicked, that link will directly forward to a new draft page named Note title

Additionnally, you could also provide with an autocompletion feature that would list all pages (just like the current link creation behaviour) when typing [[...

Best of the best would be to have (similar to Obsidian) a syntax where a link like [[Note title#Header]] would create a link directly heading to Note title page and scroll to the title #Header.
