Special-case golink (`go/`) style links

There's a few projects that enable Google-style golinks (go/<shortname>). It'd be great to enable a special-case linking of these, since they're commonly typed and in many implementations need to be http:// rather than so the normal Ctrl/Cmd-K shortcut doesn't do the correct thing.
It might make sense to put this behind a setting, although I think it's unlikely an organization would setup a golink service that only listens on https.
