Simple Todo Management System

The magic of any knowledge database is truly realized when all information about a topic or project is consolidated in one place. Having documentation, meeting notes, plans, and statuses all in one space enhances team focus and simplifies access management across various tools and services. While project management might not be Outline's primary focus, meeting notes often end with a list of action items. Since we can already create tasks on a page and see task completion status, why not take it a step further? Imagine being able to assign tasks to team members, set deadlines, and add tags directly within Outline. This would allow us to keep todos like "call John about the next release" in the same place where meeting notes are stored. I believe you'd agree that having a separate service for simple todos might be overkill. But envision if we could consolidate all our todos across different documents and then summarize them by person or tag in one view/document…
