Simple page feedback, voting, and or ranking

It would be helpful to have a page feedback and ranking system that allows users to provide input on the usefulness of a page. This could be achieved through a simple voting mechanism, such as a thumbs up ( :+1: ) or thumbs down ( :-1: ) button, located prominently on each page. The results of these votes would be displayed in two areas: 1. Page Insights: Under the page statistics, a new section could show the total number of likes and dislikes, providing a quick overview of how helpful the page has been to other users. 2. Search Results: When searching for content, pages with high ratings (i.e., more likes than dislikes) could be highlighted or ranked higher in the search results, making it easier for users to find relevant and useful information. This feature would not only help users identify high-quality content but also enable individual users like myself to keep track of which pages have been most helpful.
