Restrict some permissions in the document set so that only certain people can see them.

I have auth a group A to visit the doc collection, but the thrid level 1-1-1 is only for the group's manager, other people should not visit the doc.
for now, when I auth the group permission, they will be allow to visit all of the collection, and I cannot remove them in the third level 1-1-1.
