Precise Image Resizing with Pixel Dimensions

Enhance the existing image resizing functionality in Outline by allowing users to specify exact pixel dimensions for images, in addition to the current drag-to-resize feature.

While the current drag-to-resize feature in Outline is intuitive, it can be challenging for users to achieve specific image dimensions precisely. Introducing an option to input exact pixel values for image width (and optionally height) would provide users with greater control over image presentation. This feature would be particularly beneficial for maintaining consistency across documents and ensuring images meet specific formatting requirements.
