Please reconsider bringing back Russian language support

Hey team, I run a company in Kazakhstan. Our entire team speaks Russian. Our clients speak Russian. Our documentation is in Russian. We chose Outline as our knowledge base specifically because it's a great self-hosted solution — and then discovered that Russian language support was deliberately removed. I want to respectfully push back on this decision. Russian is not "Russia's language." It's an international language spoken by over 250 million people across dozens of countries. It's an official or widely used language in Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and is spoken daily in Uzbekistan, Moldova, Latvia, Estonia, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Israel, Germany, and many others. Millions of Russian speakers have absolutely nothing to do with whatever Russian companies may have done with Outline's code. I understand the frustration with code theft.
