Per-App Proxy (split tunneling) for Outline on Android

Subject: Feature request: Per-App Proxy (split tunneling) for Outline on Android Hello Outline team, Thank you for building Outline. I use it in Iran, where many apps need a VPN but some apps work better, or must keep a stable local connection, without one. I would like to request a Per-App Proxy (split tunneling) feature for the Android app: • A setting to choose which apps go through the Outline tunnel. • Two modes: "Allow" (only the selected apps use the VPN) and "Disallow" (the selected apps bypass the VPN). • A searchable app list, with an option to show system apps. Other VPN apps, such as NPV Tunnel, already offer this, and I have attached a screenshot as an example. Why it matters: • Some apps (for example banking or messaging apps) can restrict accounts when the IP address changes often, so users need them to keep a stable direct connection. • It saves bandwidth and battery because only the needed apps us…
