Organize Documents by Priority
Source: outline/outline#9159 · opened by @eyabedoui
Currently, Outline organizes documents by manual order, recently updated, or alphabetically. However, in many use cases (like project tracking or task documentation), users may want to organize and highlight high-priority documents.
Suggestion:
• Add a built-in priority tagging system (e.g., High, Medium, Low) that allows users to:
• Assign a priority level to each document
• Sort or filter documents by priority
Optionally highlight high-priority docs with visual markers (like color tags or icons)
Benefits:
• Helps teams focus on the most important documents
• Makes project documentation more actionable
• Improves organization, especially in large collections
