Option to optimise and resize images before uploading to S3

Great project Tom! I've noticed some of my team members have uploaded large, unoptimised images. Currently there's no way to police this. It would be great if we could:
• Set a maximum image size and have Outline shrink any images larger than this
• Have an image optimisation setting (eg. lossless / medium / lossy) that would be applied before images are sent to S3
This will help keep S3 storage costs down and most importantly, improve load times of pages with lots of images
