Option for ISO 8601 dates (yyyy-MM-dd) and 24-hour time

What: a team-level (or per-user) setting Date format: Locale default | ISO 8601, plus Time: 12h | 24h. Where it matters: the dates Outline *inserts into documents*: the /date, /time and /datetime commands and the template date variables (getCurrentDateAsString, getCurrentTimeAsString and getCurrentDateTimeAsString in shared/utils/date.ts, which call toLocale*String with month: "long"). It also matters for displayed dates such as share-link expiry (MMM dd, yyyy). Inserted dates become part of the document text, so the person writing it decides the format for every reader. Readers' own locales can't fix it. Why: our team works across the US, UK, and EU. "October 3, 2026" is fine to read, but it doesn't sort, and numeric locale formats like 03/10/2026 are ambiguous between countries.
