New Feature: “Acknowledgement Requests” for Documents & Collections Problem Important information (e.g., safety instructions, ISO 9001 rules, HR updates) often needs to be not only published but also actively acknowledged by the right people. Currently, Outline does not provide a way to see who has opened or confirmed a document. There’s no workflow to push content to specific users or groups and track their confirmation — which makes compliance and safety audits difficult. --- Proposed Solution 1. Start an Acknowledgement Request - Author or collection owner can trigger an “Acknowledgement Request”. - Target audience: individual users or groups. - Optional message and due date. 2.
