Members with view access to a web-shared doc should be able to view the public link of that doc

For collections with "public document sharing enabled", Editors have the ability to enable public web access and specify the public link URL. Viewers don't see the "Share" menu at all, which means that they have no way to discover the public link URL that was set by an Editor. Is there another way for a member with view access to find this public link? If not, I think this would be a great feature to add somehow. (Perhaps as a new "Copy public link" menu item in the "Copy" submenu?)
