Make user experience more consistent: Settings should always be called "Settings" to avoid confusion

Both "Settings" in the popup when you click the workspace name at the top of the left panel and "Preferences" when you click on the three-dot menu next to your name at the bottom of the left panel take you to the same Settings page.
Since there are Account "Preferences" within the Settings page, it would make sense to refer to the Settings as "Settings" in both dialogues.
