[macos] Provide some user control over common keyboard shortcut overrides

I've had some complaints from users that two keyboard shortcuts on macos override common global actions. They are
• cmd-h won't hide the browser window if you're viewing a document - it opens the comment pane
• cmd-f overrides the browsers own find feature which can be preferred
