Links to headings should use the heading text in the link text

I think the title says it all, right now if I copy a link to heading "Credible Sources" on Page "Actual Science" and paste it onto another page (in Outline), the link text will say "Actual Science", with no mention of "Credible Sources".

I'd say it should read something like "Actual Science - Credible Sources".

I know I can just edit the link text myself, but this is a bit cumbersome when you use many such links, especially since the link editor is not so openly advertising the possibility to edit the text yourself.
