Is there a manual method in the UI to trigger cleanup?

I found that a number of pieces of functionality in Outline that rely on scheduled jobs being ran on a daily basis ( And its setup relies on sending the request to via https；

However, my self-hosting outline did not configure with https, such API above cannot work in my env... Is there a manual method in the UI to trigger cleanup? Thanks
