Improve table controls around merged cells

1. Deleting a row inside a merged cell deletes the entire merged cell. After merging cells (for example, merging three rows into one cell), if I try to delete a single row within that merged area, Outline deletes the whole merged cell instead of just the row I intended to remove. There's no way to delete only the specific row under the cursor. 2. Inserting a row always inserts below the first row of the merged cell, not below the row where the cursor is. When I place my cursor on a specific row inside a merged cell and try to insert a new row, Outline always inserts it below the top row of the merged cell, rather than below the row I actually selected. This makes it very hard to control where the new row ends up. 3. Merging cells with the same content collapses all the data into one cell.
