Idea: Support search for Emojis? (+ how we use Emojis to show document status)

We start inserting emojis at the end of a published page to show how complete it is or how strong the system it describes is:

Trouble is, it doesn't look like Outline search supports Emoji searching and it would be nice for me to be able to search across everything for systems that are up and "running" vs. "race caring"

Of course, an _actual_ page tagging system either just for a super admin or for everyone would help achieve this as well but being able to search emojis would, at least, make our hack solution more effective.
