hOption, Restricting to use each access key for just one device

A user may knowingly or unknowingly share his key with others. If this action propagate between a grate network of people, the administrator will not able to control how many people and who are using this server. This situation will cause the server security to be lost and it to be detected and tracked easily.
If there is an option in Outline manager, to restrict each key to be used by only one device This problem will not arise.
