Header should take less room when in "Sticky note mode"

Basically I define "Sticky note mode" when the height of the screen is less than a certain threshold.

As you can see in the picture, I've kept it small (I want to have the rest of the screen for work), so it would be great if the header didn't take so much space and allowed me to have a more "compact" view in which I can store more data:
