Handle File attachments in editor

Hi,

It would be great if we could add file attachments to documents by:

• Using a slash command named "File" that acts exactly like Image one to select the file to attach
• Instead of popping out an image block, pop a link to the attachment at cursor position
• Set filename as link title (with an emoji as prefix 📁 , for example)
