It will be great if 1 on the options we have when using / is to assign someone as a document owner.
This will add a small table with the user name and photo to the top of the document, to make clear to everyone who is the person that is accountable for the documents and need to keep it up to date.
This would be enough for me at the moment, but I could see useful features added once Document Owner is a concept in Outline, we could have a mode where all edits need to be approved by the doc admin.
